    We are currently seeking a Client Services Manager.  This senior sales support role is directly involved in all aspects of business, from pre-sale efforts to campaign set up, maintenance, delivery, tracking and billing.  Responsibilities include oversight, tracking and support of all print, digital and custom advertising initiatives as well as involvement in numerous aspects of marketing, conference planning and sales team logistics. 


    This role requires someone to be web-savvy with an understanding of both print and online advertising.  Strong client service and organizational skills are crucial as is the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, operate well under tight deadlines and competing priorities, and be committed to delivering quality service to enhance the advertisers’ experience. 


    • Central point of contact for the sales and sales management teams for all client campaign status needs
    • Support sales team in all day to day activities including client requests, account management, campaign reporting/analysis, billing inquiries and acquiring creative assets
    • Act as an “Out of Office” back of for all sales people for sales and proposal requests
    • Log all insertion orders and client contracts and maintain an organized digital library of files
    • Track weekly bookings by brand and across the group and reconcile weekly revenue with Billing department
    • Compile month end reporting on digital campaign performance and work with Billing department to correctly recognize all monthly revenue, including Period 13 items
    • Communicate digital ad specs and deadlines to clients and insure all creative assets and third party tracking tags are gathered and working properly; project manage special ad related projects
    • Generate and analyze digital campaign reporting; suggest optimizations and monitor delivery and performance
    • Coordinate with the Digital Account Services team to manage individual digital campaigns and overall site delivery and performance, analyze potential issues, and pre-empt issues with recommendations
    • Create and maintain a comprehensive inventory management system for all digital advertising products, tracking booked and available inventory for the sales team in real time
    • Collaborate with sales reps in frequent client communication for both pre and post-sale execution; manage communication regarding clients and campaigns with team members
    • Work with associations and industry partners to formalize barter agreements for conference attendance and distribution at appropriate industry events and trade shows
    • Manage all logistics, registrations and material shipping for all industry conferences and trade shows
    • Work with list vendor (Reach Marketing) for all aspects of co-branded email development
    • Coordinate all newsletter ad placements with Production department on a weekly basis for 20+ newsletters across the group
    • Help clients measure their success and ROI from SourceMedia
    • Retain clients through exceptional client service




    • 3+ years of corporate experience
    • Solid interpersonal skills including oral and written communication.
    • Highly organized, ability to juggle multiple projects; detail-oriented and deadline-oriented
    • Comfortable in a very fast-paced environment
    • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
