    We're looking for our first Office Experience Associate to manage the day-to-day operations of our office and create an amazing experience for our team. The Office Experience Associate is equal parts smart, organized, friendly, and passionate. Stakeholders from all departments rely on the Office Experience Associate to ensure the company’s administrative operations are running smoothly. The Office Experience Associate helps set the tone of our culture and office for our employees and guests alike by serving as our receptionist and office manager.  

    We’re looking for someone who is personable and enthusiastic, demonstrates excellent judgment, is hyper thoughtful and organized, and delights in a position where they can directly impact many aspects of a growing company and continue to deliver an excellent quality of life for our people.


    Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

    • Greet guests, clients, and employees to make sure each and every person in the office has a great experience from the time they walk in to the time they leave
    • Schedule like an expert – you can handle multiple calendars of our busy team. Specifically, you’ll take ownership of scheduling conference rooms and visitors log
    • Manage our office and facilities by handling everything from the purchasing and restocking of office supplies to the organization and tidying of conference rooms and common areas. If something breaks in the office, you’re the problem solver who will take ownership of finding the solution
    • Coordinate external meetings and events, and assist with employee culture initiatives
    • Manage and ensure all invoices are coded and paid on time
    • Ensure the HR database is updated with new hires and term information on a weekly basis
    • Manage corporate stationary and business cards and for all locations
    • Flex your creativity by helping to develop new operational procedures to make our office even more efficient
    • Research, brainstorm, and problem solve as needed when new projects come up
    • Perform other duties or special projects as needed

    • Has at least 1 year of administrative work experience
    • Is proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    • Is self-motivated and able to adapt quickly to change
