SourceMedia's Subscriptions team is looking for an energetic, hands-on Subscriptions Operations Manager to improve the effectiveness of the Subscriptions business unit's Sales Team. The Subscriptions Ops Manager is the primary interface to the Sales Team for Salesforce, Zuora, and our CMS. The Subscriptions Ops Manager works closely with SourceMedia's corporate technology department, triaging fixes and prioritizing the teams's development objectives. The Subscriptiosn Ops Manager would also be in charge of documenting and improving the sales process, assisting sales reps with day-to-day queries, responding to order processing questions, managing the flow of quality leads into Salesforce, and sales rep system training. The Subscriptions Ops Manager will be a key partner to Sales and Marketing Management, providing the visibility of activities and revenue pacing via Dashboards, Reports and other tools. In short, the Subscription Operations Manager will remove impediments, and accelerate the sales process, to support subscription revenue growth.
