    SourceMedia’s Subscriptions Team has an open position for a Subscription Operations Support Manager with strong Salesforce and sales enablement experience to work alongside our inside sales team.

     

    We're looking for someone who can implement and manage sales productivity tools, oversee and optimize the flow of sales leads, develop reports and dashboards, assist with account maintenance and transactions, set up automations, ensure the integrity of our data, develop training documentation, oversee onboarding, and work to remove any and all sales impediments.

    Responsibilities

    Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

    • Providing frontline sales support, which includes managing Salesforce views, objects, case management, and assisting with transactions.
    • Management and maintenance of customer accounts within Zuora subscription system
    • Dashboards and Reporting for Sales and Sales Management
    • Implementation of Sales Management initiatives related to business workflows, territory management, etc.
    • Document requirements for the integration of SalesForce with other systems which touch subscriptions, working with technology and other internal and external teams
    • Implementation of best practices for Sales, Marketing and Customer Service with respect to CRM activities
    • On-boarding of new sales reps in sales technology tools Collaboration with Corporate IT to ensure Subscriptions technical projects stay on track and are delivered in a timely fashion
    • Work with Marketing to ensure marketing campaigns can be implemented and tracked in Salesforce
    • Work with Digital Operations to ensure customer accounts are properly aligned and validate across our Brightspot Content Management Systems (CMS), Salesforce and Zuora subscription management system
    • Work with Digital Operations to ensure subscriber usage data in Lytics is available to Sales Reps to better convert trial users and increase renewal rates with current subscribers
    • Work with Subscriptions Customer Service team to ensure they have the tools and processes to improve subscriber satisfaction
    • Stay up to date on Salesforce release features/functionality and provide recommendations for process improvements.  Assist with Managing/testing all upgrades and releases and ensure that operational functionality is not impacted
    • Optimize Salesforce screen views and work with sales team to trouble shoot and resolve issues
    • Provide subscription and customer account reporting and list pulls as needed

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in business or technology fields, or related experience
    • 3-5 years' experience in Marketing/Sales Operations
    • Excellent facility with Salesforce and the ability to quickly learn all aspects of the SM sales tech stack.
    • Solid understanding of subscription finance
    • Experience working directly with and interacting with a sales team
    • Knowledge of the B2B publishing or media industry a plus
    • Passion for improving sales effectiveness
    • Able to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a natural drive for achieving results
    • Proactive team player with strong communication skills and a solutions-oriented mindset
    • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel in preferred
    • Unquestionable integrity and uncompromising professional values
    • Marketo and/or Zuora experience is a plus
