SourceMedia’s Subscriptions Team has an open position for a Subscription Operations Support Manager with strong Salesforce and sales enablement experience to work alongside our inside sales team.
We're looking for someone who can implement and manage sales productivity tools, oversee and optimize the flow of sales leads, develop reports and dashboards, assist with account maintenance and transactions, set up automations, ensure the integrity of our data, develop training documentation, oversee onboarding, and work to remove any and all sales impediments.
