    About Position:
    The Senior Salesforce Administrator role reports to the Director of Corporate Technology. You will have total ownership over SourceMedia Salesforce systems, and will be critical in ensuring our sales and marketing teams have the best processes in place to execute at a higher level. We will rely on you to make sure we're maximizing efficiencies and capitalizing on the full features and benefits of SFDC, based on our various user group needs. Senior Salesforce Admin will have excellent technical and communication skills, as you'll interface daily across our sales, customer success, marketing departments, Product, Data\Analytics and ESP. You will promote adoption, keep current on new releases and AppExchange solutions, provide trainings, and more. 


    • Manage the CRM application. 
    • Maintain relationships with and all associated 3rd party vendors.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce users.
    • Proactively seek out and identify needed system changes - manage and communicate changes to users, prior to implementation
    • Maintain system security and integrity, with regard to all user information - this includes updates; adding/removing licenses; reassigning profile information; designing, creating and maintaining roles and hierarchies; monitoring usage/storage
    • Collaborate with Data\Analytics and ESP team to increase benefits and usability to SFDC
    • Manage all processes that impact or relate to, and manage new releases of SFDC
    • Create and maintain fields, views, reports, dashboards, campaigns, and other objects and functions, including creating custom objects when necessary
    • Maintain user roles, security, profiles, and territory hierarchies.
    • Maintain, enhance, and create workflows, functions, and configurations within the environment
    • Provide sales and financial data to company executives as necessary
    • Maintain system metrics to track trends in usage and data integrity.
    • Identify usage problems and craft technical / communication plans to remedy.


    • Minimum of 5 years experience as a administrator.
    • In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of SFDC, and have successfully expanded on those capabilities through the use of custom code (Apex) and/or integration with external systems
    • Strong reporting background using standard reporting tools including standard reporting functionality
    • Salesforce lightning experience
    • Ability to prioritize work to successfully complete multiple tasks within expected time frames. Equally effective working independently or as a member of a team.
    • Detail oriented and self-starter with strong written and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
    • Team player with positive "can-do" attitude
    • Great communication skills with enthusiastic personality
    • Strong problem solving skills, data and software applications
    • BA/BS from a premiere 4-year university
    • Administrator certification preferred
    • Experience with administrating a larger implementation (approx. 200+ users) is desired. 
    • Knowledge of SQL and other programming languages, a plus
    • Experience with Piano, Zeda, Brightspot, a plus
